Engineering Ocean Solutions (EOS) 2026 is a four-day program running 7-11 December across Derbal Nara (Cockburn Sound), Fremantle, Cockburn and Rockingham in Western Australia.
Three critical global challenges converge in this region: increasing coastal resilience and regeneration of natural ecosystems, transforming port infrastructure and operations, and growing sovereign capability in dual-use innovation and manufacturing. This region faces the challenges and has the world-leading R&D capability and facilities to address them: from digital twins of marine ecosystems to large-scale additive manufacturing, wave flume testing and naval shipbuilding, maritime autonomy simulators and subsea innovation clusters.
Every year EOS convenes engineers, innovators, researchers, operators and investors: to identify innovative technologies that can solve specified ocean challenges and apply those solutions across marine, maritime, and naval domains.
As a dynamic space for knowledge exchange and innovation, EOS features a conference, pitch sessions to operators, investor breakfast, site visits to R&D and innovation facilities, concierge service for international investors and networking events, and year-round platforms supporting collaboration and innovation commercialisation.
