Put your meetup, hackathon, demo night or dinner on the official West Tech Fest 2026 program. If it brings the community together during festival week, we want it on the map.
Satellite events are run independently by the community and sit alongside the six headline events across festival week.
Everyone. Businesses, startups, universities, community groups and individuals are all welcome to host a satellite event.
Any length. An hour, a day or multiple days — as long as it doesn’t clash with a core event.
Satellite events are independently funded. Bring your event to life with support from your own sponsors, partners or organisations.
Contact the West Tech Fest team to confirm your event idea and optimal timing, and to get the WTF logos, before you submit.
Any time that doesn’t clash with a core event. Clashes are the main reason a submission gets moved, so pick your window here first.

Clustering satellite events makes it easy for people to get to more than one, so we recommend:
More options via City of Fremantle and City of Perth.
We’ll help connect you with relevant speakers, partners and delegates.
We’ll promote your event across West Tech Fest channels.
Your event becomes part of a connected festival experience.
Submit early — the program is curated and listings go live on a rolling basis.
A few minutes. You’ll need a landscape image and a registration link.
Confirm your event idea and timing with the team, and grab the WTF logos, before you fill this in.
