Noga Edelstein
CEO, Equity Clear
Noga Edelstein is CEO of Equity Clear and an Adjunct Fellow at the Centre for Social Impact at UNSW Business School. She is leading the development of Australia’s first national standards for measuring gender diversity across the investment pipeline, creating the data infrastructure to better understand where and why women face barriers to accessing capital. She is also stewarding the establishment of the Investing in Women Code in Australia.
A former tech founder and lawyer, Noga founded and exited UrbanYou and previously served as General Counsel of Yahoo!7. She now works across the investment ecosystem as a Venture Partner at Black Nova VC and a member of the Investment Committee at Climate Tech Partners, bringing together her experience as a founder and investor with her work driving systemic change in how capital is allocated.
